Location: Terraced property in the middle of a beautiful, slightly hilly countryside in the biosphere reserve in the south eastern part of Rügen. The developed village of Vilmnitz lies approx. 2000 meters from the natural shore of the Bodden as well as 2000 meters from the yacht harbour Lauterbach. One reaches the seaside resort of Binz in roughly 10 minutes by car travelling on the fabulous Alleenstrasse.
